About Me

Horses have always held a special place in my heart. From a young age, I found solace in their presence and a sense of security that was difficult to find among people. They became a source of strength for me, and even when I couldn't be near them physically, I would often imagine myself riding or running alongside them.

Although I had the privilege of owning a horse for a brief period during my childhood, it wasn't until much later in life, in my early 40s, that I was finally able to realize my dream of owning several horses and spending every day in their company.

For me, being around horses is not just a hobby, but a way of life that has brought me immense joy and fulfillment. It's a feeling that is hard to put into words, but there's something about the bond between horse and human that is truly special and can't be found elsewhere. I feel incredibly grateful to have horses in my life and to be able to share that love and passion with others.

My Vision

As a parent of three successful young adults, I am proud of my accomplishments in raising them. However, my attention has shifted to my lifelong passion of utilizing horses to assist humans, incorporating trauma-informed care into my approach. My own journey has taught me the incredible healing power of horses, and I am motivated to share this gift with others who may be struggling with anxiety, PTSD,  feelings of isolation, and low self-esteem. Drawing from my diverse life experiences, including both positive and negative, I am committed to guiding my clients toward a sense of liberation and purpose.

How I Got Here

Perhaps you're curious about how I came to be where I am today. In 2012, I had the pleasure of meeting an exceptional woman. Her love for horses was contagious, and she imparted a great deal of knowledge to me on the subject. As a result, I gained enough confidence to keep horses on my property. Additionally, I invested three years in training with the Koelle Institute of Equus Coaching and successfully attained certification as an Equus Life Coach.  I have also had training through the Natural Lifemanship Jumpstart Program.

Equus Coaching Explained

Having a horse present during coaching can broaden your self-awareness in ways you never thought possible. Horses offer sincere and gentle feedback without any personal biases or resentment, creating a safe space for you to express your emotions freely. This can lead to a deeper level of trust in the insights you uncover during the process.
